A: Inquire to us→ to draw and sample, customize→use scenario, inform→receive our product design recommendation → negotiate details> confirm sample→sign contract/deposit→mass production→ goods are ready→ balance/delivery further cooperation.
Q3: How long is the delivery [production] and shipment?
A: The delivery time depends on the quantity you ordered. It usually takes 30-60 working days.
Q4: There are some products missing in my package, what can I do?
A: Please contact our support team, we will confirm the contents of your order with packaging, and compensate for the shipment according to the real situation, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Q5. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q6. Do you provide sample service?
A: We can provide you free samples, but consumers need to pay oversea freight, feel free to contact me now.
Q7: How to confirm the payment?
A: We accept T/T, Paypal payment methods, other payment methods are also acceptable, please contact us before you pay by other payment methods. Another 30-50% deposit is feasible and the balance should be paid before shipment.
